Karnataka NEET PG 2025 Round-1 Allotment Out

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the NEET PG 2025 Round-1 final allotment result, along with a detailed seat cancellation and penalty structure for postgraduate medical admissions. This year, KEA has implemented strict penalties, going up to ₹18 lakh or the full course fee, to prevent seat blocking and ensure transparency in the counselling process.

According to the official penalty chart, candidates who cancel their allotted seats at different stages will face varying fines. Cancelling a seat in the first round after admission will attract penalties ranging from ₹25,000 for pre-clinical and para-clinical courses to ₹50,000 for clinical seats. Candidates who cancel before the Round-2 joining deadline will face penalties up to ₹1.5 lakh.
