JKBOPEE has announced provisional allotment list for 12th-based paramedical diploma courses. The last date to report to the allotted institutes is November 18, 2024, 3:00 PM.

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released a provisional selection list for candidates seeking admission to the 12th-based paramedical diploma courses for 2024. This list was prepared following the recently conducted stray round of physical counseling, which took place on November 12, 2024, at JKBOPEE offices in both Jammu and Srinagar.

The official notification (Notification No. 164-BOPEE of 2024, dated November 12, 2024) has been published on the JKBOPEE website, where candidates can view the list, available as Annexure-A. Selected candidates are required to report to their respective colleges or institutions by November 18, 2024, before 3:00 PM, carrying all required original documents for verification.

Steps to Download the Provisional Selection List

  • Visit the official JKBOPEE website: www.jkbopee.gov.in.

  • Navigate to the notification section.

  • Locate and open Notification No. 164-BOPEE of 2024.

  • Download Annexure A to view the list of provisionally selected candidates.

Documents Required for Admission Verification

Selected candidates must bring the following documents in original:

  • 12th Marks Card

  • Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Domicile Certificate for UT of J&K or Ladakh (ST certificate will be treated as Domicile Certificate for Ladakh candidates)

  • Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate

  • Any other required certificates as per college regulations

Key Guidelines for Candidates and Institutions

  • Admission Counters: All Heads of Institutions/Colleges are requested to keep admission counters open, including on holidays, to facilitate a smooth admission process.

  • Eligibility and Verification: Heads of Institutions are responsible for verifying candidates’ eligibility based on the submitted documents.

  • Special Provision for Disabled Candidates: Colleges are advised to refer candidates with disabilities to a Medical Board to confirm eligibility. Ineligible candidates will not be admitted, and their cases will be reported to the JKBOPEE.

  • Fee Enquiries: For information regarding course fees, selected candidates should contact their respective colleges.

Shortfall Reporting: Institutions must report any admission shortfall by November 18, 2024, at 4:30 PM, via email to coejakbopee@gmail.com or helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com.
