Candidates are required to ensure that the QR code and barcode are clearly visible on the admit card. It is mandatory to carry a valid photo ID proof along with the hall ticket to the examination centre.

The NTA has officially released the admit cards for the remaining dates of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 Session 2 exams. Candidates scheduled to appear for the examinations on April 5, 6, 7, and 8, 2026, can now download their hall tickets from the official website.
As per the official notice, candidates can access their admit cards by logging in at the official portal - JEE Main Official Website. The agency has advised candidates to carefully verify all details mentioned on the admit card, including exam date, shift timing, and centre information.
The examination will be conducted in multiple shifts. Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) will be held on April 5 and 6 in two shifts - morning (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM) and afternoon (3:00 PM to 6:00 PM). On April 7, Paper 2A (B.Arch), Paper 2B (B.Planning), or both will be conducted in the second shift. Candidates opting for both papers will have an extended duration till 6:30 PM. The April 8 exam will be held for Paper 1 in the second shift only.

The candidates are also required to ensure that the QR Code and the barcode are available on the JEE Main 2026 admit card while downloading. All candidates should bring their photo ID, as uploaded in the online application form and mentioned in the Admit Card, as proof of identity.
