New Delhi: The Indian School of Business Executive Education (ISB) has joined hands with Imarticus Learning to roll out a program specifically designed for Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), to offer a pathway for professionals aspiring to assume the responsibilities of a CFO.

As per a statement from Imarticus Learning, the Chief Financial Officer Programme, spanning eight months, will be conducted in an online format. Participants will engage in Leadership Coaching and participate in masterclasses conducted by industry experts throughout the program. Successful completion will grant learners the esteemed status of ISB's Executive Alumni.

Commenting on the collaboration with ISB, Nikhil Barshikar, Founder & CEO at Imarticus Learning, expressed that they aspire to empower individuals to excel as influential CFOs by combining academic excellence with practical insights from industry leaders.

As per the statement from Imarticus Learning, the CFO program will incorporate pre-recorded lectures, live sessions with ISB faculty, case studies, masterclasses led by CXOs, and weekly office hours with industry experts.

The press release revealed that individuals with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in financial leadership roles, post their qualifying education, preferably holding a two-year Master's Degree from a recognized university, are eligible to apply for the program.

The Learner evaluation will be conducted through in-video assessments, a capstone project, assignments, and mid and end-term assessments.

ISB CFO Program 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this program, candidates must have a minimum educational qualification of an undergraduate degree—either a Diploma (10+2+3) or a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent (10+2+3) or (10+2+4).

Preferred candidates should possess a two-year Master's Degree or an equivalent from a recognized University (such as UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU, State Government, etc.) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

Candidates need to have a minimum of 10 years of work experience post-completion of the qualifying education mentioned above.

ISB CFO Program 2024 Admission Criteria

Admission into this program will be done through a thorough assessment of the participant's resume and statement of purpose by the ISB Executive Education Admissions team. Only individuals exhibiting rapid career advancement and a strong desire for learning essential for CFO roles will be accepted into this program.

Selection is conducted through invitation only and follows a rolling basis. Batches are typically overbooked. In the event of exceeding the batch size, applicants from earlier selection rounds who have received provisional offer letters and paid registration fees to secure their seats will be given preference over applicants from later selection rounds.
