IIM Indore released IPMAT 2026 cutoff on May 26, 2026, with General category cutoff at 166 marks. Candidates meeting the cutoff have been shortlisted for the Personal Interview round.
IIM Indore announced the IPMAT 2026 cutoff on May 26, 2026, along with the provisional shortlist for the Personal Interview round. Candidates who have met the category-wise cutoff marks are now eligible to appear for the PI stage. The final admission will be based on IPMAT exam scores combined with Personal Interview performance.
The IPMAT Indore 2026 exam was conducted on May 4, 2026, in a computer-based format. IIM Indore has set different cutoff marks for various categories to ensure fair representation. Candidates can check their shortlist status on the official IIM Indore website using their application number and registered email ID.

The IPMAT 2026 cutoff consists of both overall and sectional cutoffs. Candidates must meet both the overall cutoff and the sectional cutoff in all three sections to be shortlisted. The sectional cutoffs ensure balanced performance across Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability sections.
General category candidates need to score 166 marks overall to qualify. Reserved category candidates have lower cutoffs based on government reservation policies. The PwD category has the lowest cutoff at 30 marks to ensure inclusivity.

Shortlisted candidates will now proceed to the Personal Interview round. The PI round involves a 20-30 minute interview with 2-3 IIM faculty members. Candidates should prepare thoroughly by reviewing their academic background and career goals.
The final admission score will be calculated as a combination of IPMAT exam score and Personal Interview performance. IIM Indore will announce the PI schedule and venue details on the official website soon.
