IIT Gandhinagar Early Admit MTech Merit List Out for 2025-26; Check Direct Link Here

IIT Gandhinagar has released the list of candidates provisionally selected for admission to the Early Admit MTech Programme for the academic year 2025-26 (Semester I). The provisional selection is subject to verification of eligibility criteria and the submission of required documents.

Candidates must ensure all original documents and certificates are available during verification for IIT Gandhinagar Admission.

IIT Gandhinagar Early Admit MTech Admission: Eligibility Criteria

For NIT Students

• Final-year BTech students with a CPI/CGPA ≥ 8.0 (General/EWS/OBC) or ≥ 7.5 (SC/ST/PwD) by the end of the 3rd year.
• Alternatively, top 5 rank holders (General/EWS/OBC) or top 10 rank holders (SC/ST/PwD) at the end of the pre-final year are eligible, even if CGPA criteria are not met.

For Select College Students

Final-year BTech students who rank in the top 5 (General/EWS/OBC) or top 10 (SC/ST/PwD) in their department at the end of the pre-final year.

For IIT Students

Final-year BTech students with a CPI/CGPA ≥ 6.0 by the end of the 3rd year.

Note: A rank certificate issued by the institute’s Head/Director is mandatory (template available on the application portal).

IIT Gandhinagar Admission Procedure

• Admission is based on an interview, and in some cases, a written test may also be conducted.
• Final selection considers academic performance, test scores, and interview performance.
• Relaxation in cutoff marks is provided for reserved category candidates as per government norms.

Details about the mode (online/offline) and schedule for the test/interview will be shared with shortlisted candidates by the respective departments.
