IISER Bhopal has released the detailed fee structure for the academic year 2026-27 for all undergraduate, postgraduate, integrated, and doctoral programmes. The institute has provided a transparent breakdown of one-time admission charges, semester-wise tuition fees, user charges, hostel fees, scholarships, and additional costs. Special financial support has also been announced for SC/ST students, while international candidates will follow a separate fee structure in USD. IISER Bhopal 2026-27 One-Time Admission Fees
All newly admitted students across programmes must pay the following charges during admission:

Scholarships and Fee Waivers

- Post-matric scholarship schemes
- Travel allowance for interviews as per Government norms
SC/ST students must still pay applicable user charges and hostel fees.
