The Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur (IIM Sirmaur) has announced the launch of a two-year MBA with AI integration designed specifically for working professionals seeking to upgrade their decision-making in an AI-driven business environment.

Developed in collaboration with Futurense Technologies as the admissions and industry partner, the programme features primarily live-online delivery along with two on-campus immersions at the Himalayan campus. With a focus on mid-career managers, the programme aims to fuse strategic management with AI-enabled execution.

The programme is packaged to reflect the changing business landscape where artificial intelligence is becoming embedded across functions. It emphasises that future leaders will need to lead with AI, not just manage people, said by IIM Sirmaur’s director.

IIM Sirmaur MBA With AI Integration Programme Structure And Fees

The 24-month programme of IIM Sirmaur is offered through live online classes supported by two mandatory on-campus immersions that allow learners to participate in hands-on sessions and faculty-led interactions.

It is delivered primarily in an online mode to suit the schedules of working professionals, while the on-campus components provide practical workshops and lab-based learning.

The cohort is aimed at mid-career professionals who have completed a bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks and hold a minimum of two years of work experience. The programme fee is approximately ₹8 lakh, payable as ₹4 lakh per year.

How the Curriculum Blends Management and AI

The curriculum follows an execution-first approach, blending core management principles with practical AI-driven learning. It includes integrated AI labs and business simulations that give learners hands-on exposure to real decision-making environments.

Participants also work on capstone projects guided by IIM faculty and industry mentors, ensuring they apply classroom concepts to real business challenges. In addition, learners gain access to the Futurense AI Clinic, where they can engage with enterprise-grade workflows and problem statements.

The programme also offers training on 30+ industry tools, including ChatGPT, Tableau, Looker Studio, Zapier and LangChain, helping professionals build strong, workplace-ready AI competencies.
