IIM Lucknow Launches MBA Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation; Admission Open till June 30

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow has launched a new Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation for the academic session 2023-24. Interested candidates can apply for admission at iiml.ac.in till June 30, 2023

As per IIM Lucknow, the newly launched MBA program aims to provide potential entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge, and industry exposure to successfully launch and operate their own ventures. 

Informing about IIM Lucknow MBA Admission 2023, the official website reads, “Candidates aspiring for admission must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline as per the requirements of eligibility of Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs”.

With this IIM Lucknow will become the first among IIMs to offer a programme in entrepreneurship and innovation, an official release said. 

“IIM Lucknow has developed an entrepreneurial ecosystem with our two successful incubators. The MBA – E & I programme leverages and strengthens the ecosystem. The programme is unique as we bring in admission and curriculum philosophy that is based on skills development and aims at unleashing the entrepreneurial spirit,” Archana Shukla, director, IIM Lucknow, said.

She further added that the programme seeks to achieve an outcome whereby at least 40% of graduates, within one year of graduation, have launched a venture that has successfully attracted external funding or investment.

As per the official statement, the programme is based on the ideas of the government’s “Make in India” campaign and National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The programme curriculum will include 50% content on philosophy and pedagogy of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills and 50% from industry inputs, immersion, and mentorship.

IIM Lucknow MBA Admission Form 2023: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of IIM Lucknow at www.iiml.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the latest IIM Lucknow MBA Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program 2023 link available on the homepage. 

Step 3: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id, etc.

Step 4: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all required details in the Application form.

Step 5: Pay the application fee and submit the IIM Lucknow MBA Entrepreneurship and Innovation Admission 2023 form. 

Step 6: Applicants must also take a printout of the application form for all future needs.

After the application process, candidates will be shortlisted for the personal interview on the basis of their performance in the CAT/GMAT, scholastic achievement, gender, and relevant work experience. Personal interviews will be conducted in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Noida, and Lucknow.
