IIM Kozhikode has also collaborated with Deloitte and JSW for nomination candidates to this program through a specific scanning procedure.

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode held the induction ceremony for its 16th batch of Executive MBA Program on December 12, 2023. This year, IIM Kozhikode has admitted a record number of 619 students to its EMBA Program and has reported the highest till now.
Before this, IIM Kozhikode has inducted over 500 students to its EMBA Batch for a consecutive three years. This batch has recorded 17% more enrollment than the previous year.
For this 16th Batch of EMBA, the institute has collaborated with Deloitte and JSW due to which participants wewre nominated and accepted for the programme by these two prestigious businesses after a demanding multi-stage process.Candidates with a working experience of around 6-9 years constitutes almost 34 percent of the batch.
The 16th Batch of IIM Kozhikode EMBA Program has also stood aside on the parameter of diversity. More than 24 percent of the batch consists of female participants. The cohort jointly represents 150+ firms and more than 50 per cent of the batch is constituted of participants in the age group of 30-39. Candidates represent diverse areas such as IT/software, public sector, Energy, Aerospace, Education, Consulting, Manufacturing, Automotive, Banking & Insurance etc.
