IIM Indore Launches Management and Leadership Course in Hindi; Check Details Here

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore has launched a Leadership and Management Program in Hindi Language. The program is designed for executives and managers to upskill in leadership, management practices and financial accounting. 

IIM Indore has launched the 10-day leadership program in Hindi as a part of the institute’s foray into Hindi-language education. This marks a significant step towards inclusivity, shattering traditional language barriers in management education and opening doors to quality education for a broader audience.

The admission window for the leadership program is open and the classes are scheduled to begin from January 2024. IIM Indore’s Director, Prof. Himanshu Rai said,” “Language should never be a barrier to education. With this step, we are not just breaking stereotypes but also ensuring that knowledge and skills reach every corner of our nation. We believe that true progress lies in creating opportunities for all, and our Hindi-language programme is a reflection of that belief.”

The candidates selected for the program delve into topics such as leadership, management practices, marketing, financial accounting, human resource management, operations management, digital applications for business, product strategy, supply chain and logistics, conflict management, negotiation, business models, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, design thinking, stakeholder management, analytics for managers, strategy formulation and execution, and communication skills.
