GPAT 2026 Marking Scheme for Score Estimation

Candidates must follow the official marking scheme provided by NBEMS. For every correct response identified by comparing the response sheet with the answer key, the student should add 4 marks to their total. However, the exam incorporates negative marking, meaning that for every incorrect answer, a penalty of 1 mark is deducted. Questions that were left unattempted or marked for review do not attract any marks, and zero marks are assigned to them. By totaling the marks for correct answers and subtracting the penalty for wrong ones, students can derive their predicted GPAT 2026 score.
