Era’s Lucknow Medical College and Hospital (ELMCH) has officially released the fee structure for both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) medical programmes for the academic session 2026. The updated fee details include MBBS fees along with the revised tuition charges for various MD and MS specialisations.
ELMCH M.B.B.S. Fee 2026
For MBBS students, the total annual fee for 2026 has been set at ₹21.54 lakh. This includes a tuition fee of ₹16.60 lakh, hostel charges of ₹1.50 lakh, a security fee of ₹1 lakh, and miscellaneous fees amounting to ₹94,000. The institute has kept the structure transparent to help students plan their academic expenses more effectively.

ELMCH M.S./MD Fees 2026
The college has also released the annual PG medical fee structure for MS and MD programmes. The tuition fee varies according to the specialisation. Among MS courses, Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Orthopaedics have the highest fee at ₹39.8 lakh per year, while ENT is priced at ₹24.50 lakh per year. General Surgery and Ophthalmology are fixed at ₹32 lakh and ₹35.8 lakh per year, respectively.

For MD courses, clinical branches continue to remain on the higher end of the fee range. Radiology (₹39.95 lakh), Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (₹39.9 lakh), and General Medicine (₹39.60 lakh) are among the costliest. Specialisations such as Anaesthesiology (₹23.50 lakh) and Psychiatry (₹25.9 lakh) have moderate fee levels.
Non-clinical MD subjects, including SPM/Community Medicine, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, and Physiology, have been priced at ₹10,000 per year, making them the lowest among PG programmes.
The updated fee structure aims to provide clarity to aspiring medical students preparing for admissions in the 2026 academic cycle.
