The seat matrix covers Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) admissions in Maharashtra for the 2026-27 academic session. It includes government, private, and deemed dental colleges under the state quota. MAH NEET MDS Round 2 Key Details

Who Is Eligible for MAH NEET MDS Round 2?

Candidates who qualified NEET MDS 2026 conducted by NBEMS are eligible. They must also hold a valid Maharashtra domicile as per state rules. Only registered candidates on the mahacet.org portal can participate. Round 1 non-allotted, non-joined, and freshly registered candidates can take part in Round 2.

Candidates who joined a college after Round 1 must follow the resignation and forfeiture rules. The detailed eligibility criteria are listed in the official information brochure. Applicants should read the brochure carefully before filling choices.

How to Check the MAH NEET MDS Round 2 Seat Matrix?

Follow the steps below to view the seat matrix and virtual vacancy list.

1. Visit the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org.
2. Go to the NEET-PGD 2026 section on the homepage.
3. Click on the notice titled Vacancy Before Round 2 or Virtual Vacancy.
4. The PDF will open in a new tab of the browser.
5. Download the file and check college-wise and category-wise seats.
6. Save a copy for reference while filling choices.

How to Fill Choices for MAH NEET MDS Round 2?

Registered candidates must log in to the counselling portal using their credentials. They can then add colleges and courses to their preference list. Choices should be arranged in the order of priority. Candidates must lock their choices before the deadline shared in the schedule.

Unlocked choices will be auto-locked by the system at the closing time. No changes are allowed after locking. Candidates should verify their preference list twice before submitting. The Round 2 allotment result will follow the choice filling window.
