GPAT 2026 Exam Begins

Admits card were already released on 2nd March, 2026, and those who have not yet downloaded the admit card can download it using their user id and password.

  • The question paper will have 125 MCQs with 500 total marks from pharmacy subjects like pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacognosy.
  • For each correct answer, +4 marks will be given and -1 for each incorrect answer.
  • Once the exam is over, you will get memory-based questions, answer keys and detailed exam analysis here.

Based on the exam difficulty level and previous year trends, experts will also release the expected GPAT 2026 cutoff for different categories.

GPAT 2026 Exam Timings

  • The GPAT 2026 exam has started at 9:00 am, and it's a single shift on 7th March 2026.
  • You need to follow the mentioned reporting time and entry schedule mentioned on your admit card to avoid last-minute issues
  • You are required to need to report to the exam centres at least 1.5 hours before the exam, as verification and biometric attendance will be taken.
  • Entry to the exam hall is not allowed after the gate closing time mentioned in the admit card.

GPAT 2026 Unfair Means and Exam Conduct Rules

The NBEMS has issued strict guidelines for the GPAT 2026 exam, unfair means, and candidate conduct. Every candidate should follow these rules, and any violation may lead to cancellation of candidates and further disciplinary action.

NBEMS Communication NBEMS does not send emails or SMS promising good scores or merit positions in any examination.
Electronic Devices Possession or use of electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, smartwatches, or communication devices inside the exam hall is not permitted.
Unauthorized Materials Carrying notes, papers, chits, or any study material related to the exam inside the exam hall is considered misconduct.
Impersonation or Forged Documents Appearing for the exam using false identity or forged documents will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Tampering with IT Systems Hacking or attempting to interfere with NBEMS examination systems or computer lab systems is strictly prohibited.
Communication During Exam Candidates are not allowed to communicate with other candidates or anyone outside the exam staff during the exam.
Misconduct or Disturbance Creating disturbance, changing seats without permission, or misbehaving in the exam hall will be treated as unfair means.
Penalty for Violation Candidates found guilty of unfair practices may face penalties including exam cancellation, disqualification for future attempts, or legal action.
