CSAB Special Counselling 2023

New Delhi: Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) kicked off the CSAB 2023 Special Round Counselling registration today i.e., August 3, 2023. Eligible aspirants can check and apply for the counselling process through the official website, csab.nic.in. The last date to register and make a fee payment is August 7.

CSAB Special Round counselling will be conducted for admission to vacant seats in the National Institute of Technologies (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technologies (IIITs), the Indian Institute of Engineering, Science and Technology, and other government-funded technical institutes (GFTIs after the last round of Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).

CSAB Special Round Counselling Important Dates

Below are the important dates for the counselling process:

Registration and fee payment end	August 7, 2023 at 12 noon
Round 1 seat allotment result	August 8, 2023 at 8 pm
Participating actively in the first round by engaging in online reporting.	August 8, 2023 from 8 pm to August 11, 2023 till 5 pm
Last date to exercise options	August 12, 2023 till 3 pm
Last date to respond to queries	August 12, 2023 till 5 pm

Given below are the documents required for the counselling process:

Class 10 Marksheet
Class 12 Marksheet
JEE Mains Scorecard
Admit card of JEE (Main).
Caste Category certificate
State of Eligibility Certificate (applicable for candidates who passed Class 12th from outside India)
Original Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) issued by the competent authority, if applicable
Crossed/cancelled Bank Cheque copy/Image of a stamped page of Bank Passbook with account details.
Passport (if applicable)

CSAB Special Counselling 2023 Counselling Fee

CSAB Special Round Fee is INR 44,000 for general, general-EWS, and OBC candidates whereas SC, ST, and PwD candidates will have to pay INR 24,000. Aspirants need to exercise choices and report to the allotted colleges between August 8 and 11.
