• Eligibility: Only candidates who have not been allotted a seat in previous rounds or have not joined a previously allotted seat may participate.
• Payment: Candidates need to pay the registration fee through NET BANKING or NEFT/RTGS using the payment link available on their dashboard.
• Refund Policy: If no seat is allotted, the full fee will be refunded. If the candidate does not join after seat allotment, the fee will be forfeited.
