The Board has directed schools to publish the List of Candidates (LOC) for practical examinations, ensuring accurate categorization of students. Schools must verify that the online system accurately reflects subjects and student categories (regular /compartment /improvement). When awarding marks for CBSE practical exams, schools must strictly follow entering marks based on the correct maximum marks, as specified in the circular detailing the marks' bifurcation.

Exam-going students are urged to verify the accuracy of their listed subjects in the school-submitted candidate list for CBSE Class 10, 12 Practical Exams 2024 Scheduled from January 1. Students and parents should familiarize themselves with the syllabus and practical exam subjects. Students must adhere to the scheduled practical exam dates, as the Board does not offer a second chance for practical exam appearances.

Further, the Board has instructed Regional Offices to oversee timely completion and uploading of marks for practical exams in all schools as per the notified schedule. Regional Offices must appoint external examiners before the practical exams in relevant classes and subjects.

Moreover, the Regional Offices must ensure the timely delivery of Practical Answer Books to schools before the start of practical examinations.
