Ultimately, the educational philosophy which I follow influences how I prioritize resources, allocate budgets, design curricula, implement teaching strategies, and assess student progress. Response to Intervention (RTI) is a multi-tiered system of support that identifies struggling students early and provides targeted interventions at increasing levels of intensity. Collaborative Learning encourages students to work together in groups or pairs collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
