As an individual, I am responsible for both the institute and the students, my primary goal is to establish an enriching learning environment. Collaboration with colleagues, active participation in professional development, and alignment of teaching practices with the institution’s goals and values are also integral aspects of our role. We function as learning facilitators for the students, supporting their intellectual, social, and emotional growth. Our responsibilities include offering personalized instruction, assessing progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom setting. Moreover, we act as mentors, guiding students in their academic and personal journeys while instilling the values of integrity, respect, and a commitment to lifelong learning. How do you strategize about the primary programs and keep the faculty grooming their skill?

The institute frequently organizes workshops and seminars. We aim to improve the pedagogical skills of faculty members. These initiatives play an important role in keeping faculty members abreast of the latest research and advancements in their respective fields. As technology continues to play a growing role in education, faculty members undergo training in the proficient use of learning management systems, multimedia resources, online collaboration tools, and other technology-driven teaching methods.
