What do you see as your University’s greatest strengths and how it can be enhanced?

“Our biggest strength is to strengthen the education system of Jharkhand”

The biggest strength of our University is our own mission and vision of establishing a good educational institution in our region, recruiting excellent trainers, developing the best learning environment and accelerating the overall education system of Jharkhand. And to enhance our strengths, we must believe in our capabilities and contribute up to our potential for the growth of our institution and students. 


How does your University enhance faculty skills and prepare them as per industry standards?

"Faculty members are trained through training programs and events that we organize on a regular basis"

For the purpose of enhancing the skills of our faculty members and developing their competence in their respective areas, we provide them with customized training programs and learning sessions regularly. Apart from this, we encourage them to upgrade their soft, counselling and interpersonal skills so that they can deliver the best quality education to students. 


With what vision you established the Srinath University and how are you trying to achieve the same?

"My objective is to produce best quality individuals and professionals who can contribute to the growth of society and nation"

I established the Srinath University to educate students to not only be successful, but also ethically and emotionally strong individuals, effective problem-solvers and life-long learners who can contribute positively to the economic growth of our region and nation as well as who can confidently tackle the complex challenges of the real world. And to achieve my goals, I am following the concept of summative and formative assessments.


What challenges are you facing in uplifting the education quality of your University?

“Making students realize that education is not only for scoring marks. In crafting the path of their career, only securing marks will not enable them to be successful”

The biggest challenge in today's time is to timely recognize the difference between gaining knowledge and rote-learning because children hardly study to grasp concepts but to get more marks and that's why they forget what they have learnt over a period of time. And to make students understand these things is another big challenge we need to address on an early basis. 


What are your views upon the placements and higher education of students from your University?

“We are working to ensure that the slow learners of our University are able to match steps with others”

It has been found in many researches that 1 in every 3 interns don't work and it can be attributed to any reason such as they simply don't want to work, lack skills or confidence or don't know how to do it. And I believe this gap can be bridged by conducting healthy competitions among the students and by confirming their areas of interest so that suitable learning opportunities can be provided to them. Hence, we are using the same approach to bring forward slow learners of our college. 


How do you establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

"By regularly interacting with them and staying truthful to them"

For the purpose of establishing a good relationship with my students, I regularly interact with them on an individual basis so that I can personally address their academic and personal issues and fix them on time. Also, one to one interaction is best suited for those students who struggle with behavioral issues. In addition to this, I ensure my availability in events and carefully listen to students' ideas and views. When it comes to our fellow faculty members, we never practice insincere behavior with anyone and make effort to stay honest and respectful when interacting with each other.

Which best practices are offered by your University to students to help them gain necessary skills?

"We organize workshops, seminars and industry connect sessions on a regular basis"

Our department conducts different activities like seminars, expert talks and workshops in collaboration with industry experts and leaders, quizzes and student development programs from time to time to enhance our students’ skills. Apart from this, we assign them live projects so that they can utilize their classroom learning and also build new skills as per today's industrial world development and requirements. 


Any valuable advice which you would like to give to the students for a prosperous career ahead?

"You are your biggest competition so keep upgrading your skills and stay dedicated towards your goals"

I would like to advise my dear students and youth of our society to never be themselves because being yourself is a myth. So always try to become a better version of yourself and develop your skills so that you can achieve your life goals. Also, don't stay in your comfort zone for too long as this will destroy you and you won't think of challenging yourself ever. Lastly, learn and grow every single day because making a good career is not a one-day job and you will need patience, perseverance and smart work to reach your destination.
