Dr Padmavathi. R is the Principal at GRT College and School of Nursing, Tiruttani. She is a passionate educationist and has experience of more than two decades in academics, teaching and research. Apart from nursing qualifications, she also has a PG Diploma in Psychological counselling and guidance. She believes in upskilling with updated knowledge of the domain and participates in several academic short-term programs regularly.

Our priority is to include quality care practices training and inculcation of research culture amongst learners. Also, introduce higher education in Nursing and Short term courses for the benefit of the youth. Additionally, providing dynamic education has always been the main aim for us.

The curriculum is updated periodically based on the emerging needs of the health industry by INC. The awareness of recent trends in the health industry is updated using webinars, seminars, discussions and students journal clubs.
