Could you share your journey in academia, from your B. tech at JNTU Anantapur to obtaining an MBA from Vikram Simhapuri University, how have your educational experiences shaped your approach to leadership in the academic setting?

I have studied B.Tech during my academic years to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Computer science and also an MBA as a post-graduation degree with a specialization in HR. I have performed excellently well in studying the above courses with the satisfaction of my professors. My educational qualifications fetched me and paved the way for getting professional experience by working as a Principal and Vice Principal at iCreate Degree College for the past 5 years. I have great leadership qualities such as honesty, dedication in doing my job, and motivating the employees successfully both administrative and faculty in the Department of Commerce and Management.

What would you say is the special approach that ICreate follows in terms of giving a good learning experience to students?

In terms of giving expert and good learning experiences to our students, we focus on teaching case studies, audiovisual explanations, projector display teaching methods, in delivering the lectures by the faculty and students. The student environment in the class is a great example of following the above teaching methods to motivate the employees.

How do you strive to create a positive and innovative learning environment for students and faculty?

I have been conducting regular staff meetings every week, on the subjects taught to the students in commerce and Management which include language subjects. The Junior and Senior faculty positively respond and solve the issues if there are any unsolved problems. All the students are highly satisfied with my innovative approach.

How have your educational experiences shaped your approach to leadership in the academic setting?

My education qualifications have improved my leadership qualities in performing my day-to-day regular duties in academics and teaching management subjects and I also have well-versed experience in both technical and non-technical.

For the past several academic years we have been conducting and maintaining industry relationships with companies that are suitable for eligible students in getting live projects, training, and placements to our students in different companies.
