Mr. Swapnil Kothari is the Chancellor of Renaissance University, Indore. After completing his school education at the prestigious Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, he graduated from Devi Ahilyan Vishwavidyalaya, Indore in 1998 with a degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the distinction of highest marks in (Direct Taxation) throughout the state. He holds over 16 years of teaching experience with CA, MBA, Commerce, Management and Law students. He is passionate about imparting professional skills to students through counselling, consulting, mentoring and trainings.

Besides being an educationist, he owns two Real Estate Businesses (Owner of Status Devcon &Surajgadh Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. Swapnil also owns two Media Organizations: DNN Times, a daily evening newspaper & SR News cable TV Channel). In 2002, he was appointed as President of the Saransh Foundation which facilitates dialogue between young politicians and the youth. He was appointed as the secretary of the Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee in 2018 followed by General Secretary in 2019 and Vice President in 2021. In 2023, he was re-appointed as the Vice President of the Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee. Furthermore, he is the recipient of dozens of awards.

My leadership philosophy revolves around inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation. I believe in fostering an environment where everyone’s voice is heard, and diverse perspectives are valued. My leadership style is one of mentorship, where I empower individuals to reach their full potential and encourage creative thinking to adapt to an ever-evolving educational landscape.
