Mr. Kabir is the principal of Padarpan Films and Theater Institute. He passed his 10th and 12th from CBSE Board in the year 2011 and 2013 respectively. Furthermore, he holds a three-year of experience in Data Entry and a five-year of experience as a manager with Padarpan Films and Theater Institute.

What motivated you to choose a path in higher education administration, and what attracted you to your current position as a principal?

I excelled in my studies and I thought there was nothing better than studying. I opted to become a principal since it is one of the jobs that aids kids in developing their professions and achieving success in life. I picked this profession because I can influence many facets of student education. I have contributed fresh perspectives and methods for improvement as the head of an acting school. Due to my role as a principal, I have been given the chance to support pupils.

What's your vision for the college?

My vision for the college is to make it a leading university in the field of Films and Theater and to domiciliate it as the first choice for students striving to emerge as actors/actresses. I want it to be recognized worldwide as a premier college for acting. Every student at our college should strive to become a well-known actor or actress who is renowned for their extraordinary talent and standout performances, in my opinion. I want our college, as well as our students, to reach the pinnacle of success and aim for the stars.

How do you tend to establish a relationship with the students being the principal of the university? How do you make yourself available to them?

We reach out to the students regarding their studies and classes so that we can improve them accordingly. We also seek reviews from the students to understand the challenges they face and help them to solve their respective problems and overcome challenges. Furthermore, we conduct one-on-one sessions with students who want to discuss something important and provide them with necessary recommendations.

What advice would you offer to present-day youth and aspiring students?

I would like to advise all present-day youth to focus on their careers, prioritize them, and not waste their precious time. Many students engage in activities that won't advance their development or professions because they are unaware of how important this time is for it. Therefore, my advice to the youth has always been to prioritize their careers.

What specific measures or programs has your institution implemented to address the increasing mental health issues and stress among today’s youth?

At our place, we offer mind, body, and breathing exercises, along with dancing activities, to help students relax their minds. These pursuits promote mental relaxation, increased concentration, and fun. To address their personal as well as academic difficulties, we also have one-on-one sessions and offer counseling.

What are your primary responsibilities as a principal and how do you balance them with other aspects of your job?

My primary responsibility being a principal is to ensure that every student feels that their time and money are not wasted by studying here and that they receive comprehensive knowledge about the course or subject for which they have enrolled. I am responsible for upgrading the technology and curriculum as soon as it becomes available in the market, to provide students with up-to-date knowledge.

What differentiates your college from other institutions in terms of its unique attributes and offerings?

At our college, students are given placements during the course. Students are cast in TV shows, and we guarantee a perfect placement for them in writing on official letterhead. If a student does not receive a placement, the money is refunded. We assure you that all our students should have a secure future.
