Dr. Manzoor Ahmed is the Dean (Academics) at Doon Group of Colleges, Dehradun. He has completed his B.Sc and M.Sc degree from HNB Garhwal Central University (Forestry). He has over 9 years of experience as a Dean and three years of teaching experience.

As I mentioned earlier, our focus is on practical knowledge so that students are industry-ready. Moreover, some students go for entrepreneurship and explore other business-related opportunities in the field of agriculture and allied sciences.

What are the opportunities available for the growth of students including?

"We have a dedicated training and placement cell for internships and placements of students"

Many students go into corporate giants both in core and non-tech companies. At core, some of the companies visiting our campus are Incorp, Mahindra Agricorp, Reliance and UPL-Agricultural solutions and agricultural technologies. Moreover, we conduct time to time seminars for Knowledge transfer from esteemed and established professionals and faculties.
