UNIRAJ admit card 2024 is out for UG Part 2 & Part 3 examinations. Students appearing for the exams and have submitted their exam forms can download the admit card through the official website at uniraj.ac.in. The Diploma, PG diploma, and certification exams are scheduled from March 14th, 2024, whereas UG and PG main exams for first-year ex-students, regular and former second and third-year students are to be held from March 21, 2024.

University of Rajasthan (UNIRAJ) releases admit cards usually 15-20 days before the commencement of examinations. Students appearing for the examinations must download their admit card through the official website by entering their enrolment number and name. UNIRAJ also offers the facility to search for admit cards name-wise, through which students can download it without having to enter their roll number. 

UNIRAJ Admit cards consist of various details like the candidates' name, category of students, exam centre, enrollment number, exam name, subject name and code, date and time of exam, exam centre code, and important instructions for the candidates. Students who are appearing for UNIRAJ exams must carry a printed copy of the admit card to the examination hall. In case the student forgets to carry the admit card to the exam, he/she will not be allowed to write the exam. 

Note: The university will issue the admit cards online and not via any other mode.

The University of Rajasthan conducts UG and PG main exams in three-sessions, PG diploma exams in two-sessions, and diploma and certificate exams in a single session. The following is the timing of different exams of UNIRAJ:

UNIRAJ Admit Card 2024: Instructions for Exam Day

Students appearing for exams at University of Rajasthan must strictly abide by the instructions given below:

  • Candidates must enter the examination hall around half an hour before the exam begins
  • Candidates must mandatorily carry their admit cards and ID cards to the examination hall
  • Candidates should not enter the examination hall with mobile phones, calculators, other electronic devices, papers, or any reference materials
  • Candidates are not permitted to write after the prescribed time is over
  • Candidates who are late or come after the commencement of examination will not be allowed to appear for the exam
  • Smoking or taking refreshments by the candidates in the examination hall is strictly prohibited
  • Candidates must paste their photos on the space provided in their admit cards
  • Candidates must occupy the seats allotted to them
  • No candidates are allowed to leave the examination hall until the end of examination

Ques. Does UNIRAJ issue a hardcopy of the admit card?

Ans. No, the University of Rajasthan does not issue a hardcopy of the admit card. It only uploads the admit cards of eligible students on its official website, @uniraj.ac.in. Students who have downloaded the admit cards from the website must also get a printed copy of it. This hardcopy must be carried by the students to the examination hall during their exams. 

Ques. Can I leave the examination hall once I finish the exam at UNIRAJ?

Ans. No, students of UNIRAJ are not permitted to leave the examination hall after they finish their exam paper. They have to remain seated in their places until the prescribed time limit. Once the examination time is up, students must stop writing, submit their answer sheets to the examiner and leave the examination hall.

Ques. Can I appear for the UNIRAJ examination without an admit card?

Ans. No student will be allowed to write the examination without an admit card at the University of Rajasthan. An admit card consists of various important details like the candidates' registration number, subject codes, exam centre code, etc. which are necessary to verify the candidates' identity. In case the student doesn't carry the admit card, he/she shall not be permitted to appear for the examination.

Ans. Yes, admit cards are also issued for entrance exams conducted by Rajasthan University like URATPG and UNIRAJ-PAT. Admits cards for these exams are uploaded on the university's official website and contains instructions regarding UNIRAJ Admission Test. It also includes other details like the exam centre name and date of the examination. Students must carry this admit card to the examination hall on the day of the extrance exam.

Ans. No, for students to be eligible for examinations at the University of Rajasthan, they must submit their examination forms and pay the prescribed exam fee. In case candidates don't submit their forms or don't pay the fee, their admit card will not be issued by the university. Moreover, they will also not be eligible for appearing to UNIRAJ exams.

Ans. If a candidate loses his/her admit card, he/she need not worry. Such students can take another printout of it from the university's official website. However, candidates must handle the admit card carefully so as to not lose it during their examination. Ans. Candidates at UNIRAJ can download their admit cards even if they forget their enrollment number. Since in most of the universities, enrollment number must be entered to access the admit card, the University of Rajasthan provides the option of accessing the admit cards based on the names of candidates. For easy access, the students can simply enter their names and download their admit cards from the official website of the university. 

Ques. What if I don't paste my photo on my admit card at UNIRAJ?

Ans. The University of Rajasthan issues admits cards on its official website. Once the studenta have taken printout of their admit cards, they must paste their photos in the space provided. If students don't do so, their admit cards will not be considered valid and they may have to face consequences. Hence, a photo must be compulsorily attached to the admit card by UNIRAJ students.
