Dr.Arijit Santikary is an Associate Professor in Marketing functions and also the Program Chair for the PGDM program. He holds PhD from ICFAI University and MBA from WBUT. His thesis is titled “Market Orientation and Marketing Effectiveness in Business Schools of Hyderabad and Rangareddy District of Telangana State”. He has a total of 18 years of diverse work experience in corporate and in teaching and research as well. Prior to this assignment, he worked with the Presidency School of Business as a faculty in management studies.

His experience includes pharmaceutical marketing, educational marketing, branding and media buying and selling in corporate and in academics as a teacher, trainer and researcher in the area of marketing. He is also certified as a “Certified Marketing Professional and Teacher” by MTC Global. He is also Certified as a Peer Reviewer of Publons (Web of Science) and Elsevier Academy.

What is the latest program that you are offering in your institute/dept. Which will help students outperform and stand apart from the crowd?

We are offering different electives in management areas such as business analytics, banking, financial services and capital markets etc. We also encourage students to complete various certification courses that help them become industry-ready. Our latest program is PGDM in Business Analytics which will certainly help students outperform in the area of data science which is the talk of the industry at this moment.
