He has over 10 years of experience working in the Healthcare, Education and Hospitality Industry and currently manages the overall operations at their Education Facility. Under the guidance of the institute’s Founder & Chairman, Dr. V.P Singh, DITPMS has recently completed 21 years of education and excellence.

Being the Managing Director of the Delhi Institute of Technology and Paramedical Sciences, what is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style? 

I believe in the philosophy of Trust and Commitment. We are very careful when choosing the team members at our organization as we want people who understand and are willing to align with our long-term goals and aspirations. Once the team is in place, we rely on them to work with total commitment and own their verticals.

How does the curriculum of DITPMS ensure the best practice in the industry of Technology and Paramedical Sciences? 

In the field of Technology and Paramedical Sciences, it is critical to maintain equilibrium between the theoretical and practical understanding of specific topics. We focus on this aspect and our curriculum reflects the same.

Any insights about the whole program and courses curriculum and placements that DIPTMS is currently following? 

We constantly work on researching and implementing the best industry practices, whether it is lab equipment, topic upgrades, or other latest technology. This way our students are able to understand the current techniques used in the healthcare centers and can adapt accordingly.

What do you think should be the top priority of DITPMS over the next 10 years? 

Even though we work hard on the education part of the course, there is still an evident gap that exists when placing our students in the right organization with the right package. We strive to bridge that gap by making efforts towards our Training & Placement cell.

What would you like people to know about DITPMS that they may not know? 

We genuinely work hard for the betterment of our Institute’s infrastructure. All our classrooms are air-conditioned to provide a comfortable environment for our students and teachers. We also have an attached hospital through which we are able to utilize the knowledge sharing from our expert team of doctors and medical practitioners.

What do you see as your Institute’s greatest strengths? 

Our infrastructure, our amenities, and most importantly our hardworking team are our strengths. 

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the students aspiring for paramedical sciences? 

This industry requires discipline, attention to detail, and sacrifice. If you choose this field, you will be required to work extremely hard as your work will directly involve saving and improving the quality of lives around you.
