Revised round 3 rank card uploaded after technical error; candidates must re-download updated document immediately.

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) released the revised Round 3 rank card for PGMAC-2025 counselling on February 16, 2026. The correction was made after a technical error in the earlier uploaded rank card for degree courses.
All NEET PG 2025 qualified candidates participating in Bihar counselling are advised to re-download their updated rank card from the official portal. The counselling schedule and other conditions remain unchanged.
According to the official notice, the earlier Round 3 rank card for MD/MS/PGD/DNB degree courses was affected due to a technical error.
The board has now uploaded the corrected rank card, and candidates must log in again to download the updated version.
Officials clarified that all other counselling rules and conditions remain the same as mentioned in the previous notification dated February 12, 2026.
Round 3 counselling is open to candidates whose NEET PG 2025 result was earlier withheld but later cleared by NBEMS, those who qualified but did not complete registration earlier, and candidates who had already paid the counselling fee but failed to give consent.
Applicants can also edit or update their choices as the board has revised the seat matrix after resignations.

After the provisional seat allotment result on February 17, 2026, selected candidates must download their allotment order and report for document verification and admission between February 18 and February 19, 2026.
Students must carry their NEET PG 2025 score card, revised PGMAC 2025 rank card, allotment letter, MBBS degree certificate, internship completion certificate, registration certificate, and category certificate (if applicable).
