NTRUHS has released the AP NEET UG 2026 Phase 2 final seat allotment for MBBS under the Competent Authority quota. Selected candidates must report to their allotted colleges by September 24 2026 with all original documents to confirm admission.

AP NEET UG 2026 Phase 2 MBBS Final Seat Allotment Out Report by September 24

Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has released the Phase 2 seat allotment result. The AP NEET UG 2026 Phase 2 final allotment list is now available at drntr.uhsap.in. The result covers MBBS seats under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ). Selected candidates must report to their allotted colleges by September 24, 2026.

The Phase 2 web options were open from September 16 to September 18, 2026. NTRUHS processed the allotment based on the candidates’ NEET UG merit, submitted preferences, reservation criteria and seat availability. The allotment result was uploaded to the portal on September 21, 2026.

The BDS Phase 2 allotment result has not been declared yet. It will be released separately based on the web options submitted for dental seats. Candidates who have not secured a seat can wait for the subsequent counselling or stray vacancy round, subject to the official schedule.

Who Could Participate in AP NEET UG 2026 Phase 2?

The Phase 2 counselling round was open to eligible candidates included in the state merit list. Candidates who did not secure a seat during Phase 1 could participate. Candidates who joined a Phase 1 allotted seat could also submit options for an upgrade, subject to the applicable counselling rules. Other eligible candidates included in the state merit list could also participate.

The web options window remained open from September 16 to September 18, 2026. The allotment was prepared using the candidates’ NEET UG 2026 scores, web options, seat availability and applicable state reservation rules.

Fee Payment and Joining Formalities

The tuition fee varies across government and private medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Government medical college seats generally have a lower fee structure, while private medical colleges charge the Competent Authority Quota fee notified by the state authorities. Candidates must pay the applicable first-year tuition fee while completing the admission formalities.

The allotted college will verify the candidate’s original documents at the reporting counter. After successful verification and fee payment, the candidate must sign the joining report. Candidates must carry the following original documents, along with the required number of photocopies:

Provisional seat allotment letter issued by NTRUHS
NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
Class 10 marksheet and pass certificate
Class 12 marksheet and pass certificate
Transfer certificate from the last institution attended
Local status, study or residence certificate, as applicable
Aadhaar card or another valid identity proof
Caste and income certificates, wherever applicable
Recent passport-size photographs
Fee payment receipt for the allotted college

Allotted candidates can follow these steps to download the provisional allotment letter:

What If a Candidate Fails to Report by September 24?

Candidates who fail to report to the allotted college by September 24, 2026, may lose their allotted MBBS seat. Such seats may be included in a subsequent counselling round, according to the university’s rules.
