Dr NTR University of Health Sciences has released the AP NEET UG 2026 final merit list and opened Phase 1 web option entry for MBBS admissions under the 85 percent state quota at drntr.uhsap.in for the 2026-27 academic year.
The Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr NTRUHS), Vijayawada has released the Andhra Pradesh National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 final merit list on its official portal at drntr.uhsap.in. The university has also opened the Phase 1 web option entry for MBBS admissions. Eligible candidates can now fill their MBBS college choices under the 85 percent state quota.
The admissions cover the 2026-27 academic year. Only candidates listed in the final merit list can enter web options. Seat allotment will follow the NEET UG 2026 rank, category, and preferences saved online.
Candidates were required to register on the Dr NTRUHS portal earlier in August. The window closed for late-fee applicants on August 14, 2026. Grievances on the provisional list were addressed before this final release.

Who Is Eligible to Fill Phase 1 Web Options?
Only candidates whose names appear in the final merit list can take part. Applicants must have qualified NEET UG 2026 and completed AP counselling registration. They must also meet the local or non-local status norms of Andhra Pradesh.
Candidates whose certificates were not verified will not be considered. Those with pending grievances should confirm their status on the portal before filling options.
How to Fill AP NEET UG 2026 Phase 1 MBBS Web Options?
Candidates must log in to the official admissions portal at apuhs-ugadmissions.aptonline.in. They should use their NEET UG 2026 roll number and registered password. The system will then display the seat matrix based on category and reservation.
Candidates can list their preferred MBBS colleges in order of choice. The order of preferences is very important for seat allotment. After entering the choices, candidates must save and lock the options before the deadline.
What Are the Revised Choice Filling Rules?
Dr NTRUHS has updated its counselling rules for the 2026-27 session. Candidates can now enter as many colleges as they wish. There is no cap on the number of preferences saved.
Under the earlier rule, candidates allotted a seat but not joining were barred from later rounds. This restriction has now been removed. Such candidates can still take part in the next counselling rounds.
The revised rules give students more flexibility during Phase 1. Aspirants can list every college they see as suitable. Missing Round 1 no longer ends their AP counselling chances.
