AP EAPCET 2026 Phase 1 Counselling Registration Begins; Check Last Date to Apply

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has opened the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2026 Phase 1 counselling registration on the official portal at cap.apcfss.in. Qualified candidates can register and pay the processing fee till July 29, 2026.

Registration is the first step in the web-based counselling process for engineering, agriculture and pharmacy seats in Andhra Pradesh. Only candidates who qualified the AP EAPCET 2026 examination are eligible to participate in this admission round.

After registration, candidates must complete certificate verification from July 22 to July 31, 2026. Web options (choice filling) will remain open from July 25 to July 31, 2026. The Phase 1 seat allotment result will be released on August 6, 2026.

Candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee at the time of online registration. The fee varies by category and can be paid using online modes such as net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

Which Documents Are Required for AP EAPCET 2026 Counselling?

Candidates must keep scanned copies of all supporting documents ready before starting the registration. Missing documents can delay verification and web option entry.

• AP EAPCET 2026 Rank Card and Hall Ticket
• Class 10 and Class 12 marks memos
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last institution attended
• Aadhaar Card
• Caste Certificate for BC, SC, or ST candidates
• Income Certificate issued on or after January 1, 2023 for fee reimbursement
• EWS Certificate valid for 2026-27 from Meeseva for OC candidates claiming EWS
• Residence Certificate of parents for 10 years in Andhra Pradesh for non-local candidates

How to Register for AP EAPCET 2026 Counselling?

The registration process is fully online and takes place on the APSCHE counselling portal. Candidates should follow the steps below carefully to avoid errors.

1. Visit the official portal at cap.apcfss.in.
2. Click on the AP EAPCET 2026 registration link on the home page.
3. Enter the AP EAPCET Hall Ticket Number, Rank, and Date of Birth.
4. Fill in personal, academic, and reservation details as prompted.
5. Upload the required documents in the specified format.
6. Pay the processing fee online using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
7. Download and save the confirmation slip for future reference.

How Does Certificate Verification Work?

Certificates linked with integrated government databases will be verified automatically during registration. Such candidates need not visit any Help Line Centre in person.

Candidates with data mismatches, special reservation claims, or unverified documents must report to their allotted Help Line Centre with originals. Physical verification will be conducted between July 22 and July 31, 2026.
