The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has released the Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) and Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (PGLCET) 2026 Phase 1 seat allotment result on the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in. The allotment covers admission to 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB and 2-year LLM programmes across participating law colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
Candidates who were allotted seats in this round must download the provisional allotment order from the counselling portal. They are required to complete the online self-reporting step and then physically report at the allotted college with original documents within the stipulated window. Failure to report within the deadline will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

Allotted candidates can follow the steps below to access their Phase 1 allotment order.
- Visit the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in.
- Click the Phase 1 seat allotment link on the home page.
- Enter the hall ticket number, date of birth and payment reference ID.
- Submit the details and view the allotted college and course.
- Download the provisional allotment order and save a printout.
How to Complete Self-Reporting and College Reporting?
Self-reporting is mandatory for every allotted candidate. The step confirms that the student has accepted the allotted seat on the portal before the physical reporting visit.
- Login to the counselling portal with the registered credentials.
- Download the allotment order and the self-reporting slip.
- Pay the applicable tuition fee through the online payment gateway.
- Carry all original certificates to the allotted college for verification.
- Collect the admission acknowledgement issued by the college.
Documents Required for College Reporting
Candidates must carry the following original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies.
- AP LAWCET or PGLCET 2026 hall ticket and rank card.
- SSC or Class 10 marksheet for date of birth proof.
- Intermediate or Class 12 memorandum of marks.
- Qualifying degree certificate for 3-year LLB and PGLCET candidates.
- Transfer certificate and study certificates from Class 9 to graduation.
