AIFD B.Sc. Eligibility Criteria

- According to Bengaluru North University's requirements, candidates can enroll in the B.Sc. (FAD) program if they have passed their 10+2 test administered by the Karnataka Board, CBSE, ICSE, PreUniversity Examination, or any other exam deemed equivalent.
- To be eligible for admission, candidates who finished their 10+2 privately through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or through distance learning must have taken the same courses in both their 11th and 12th grades.
- Bengaluru North University's policies will govern admission clearance, money reimbursements, and the preservation of original documentation; these policies will be revised on a regular basis in compliance with university directives.
AIFD B.Sc. in Fashion & Apparel Design Selection Process
The selection process for the Army Institute of Fashion and Design B.Sc in Fashion & Apparel Design program is mentioned below:
- Admission is determined by the Board of Officers' online interview and the grades earned in Classes X and XII.
- The Board of Officers will compile the merit list based on the 40:60 ratio of marks earned in Class X and XII and the results of the online interview. The class XI grades will be taken into consideration if students are taking the class XII examinations and the results are still pending.
- Based on their Class XII grades, students taking the Class XII test will be given provisional admission. Final admittance, however, will depend on fulfilling qualifying requirements.
- The institute's program uses English as its medium of instruction.
- The course will only admit students on a transitory basis. Final admission is contingent upon Bengaluru North University confirming the qualifying requirements.

Students who are unable to attach Certificate 01 to their admission application form may upload equivalent certificates, such as a copy of the discharge book (the family details page with the student's name) or a parent's serving certificate that has been properly signed by the OC Unit for ex-servicemen. When enrolling in this institution, students must present "Certificate 1" in the proper format; otherwise, they run the risk of losing their admissions opportunities.
