AAU released the merit list for the Mop-up Round of UG counseling for the academic session, 2024-25. The UG counselling will be held on October 24, 2024. Read the whole article for more information on the same.

Assam Agriculture University published the merit list for the Mop-up Round of UG counselling for the academic session, 2024-25. The UG counselling will be conducted on October 24, 2024. Candidates whose names are mentioned in the merit list are eligible to participate in his counselling.

The merit list for different courses and categories is available on the official website of Assam Agriculture University. Candidates can use the direct link given below to check their names in this merit list.

Documents Required for the Counselling

  • Passport photograph scanned to a size of max. 100KB (in JPEG format)
  • His/her signature scanned to a size of max. 100KB (in JPEG format)
  • Mark sheets from Class X to the last examination passed in pdf (max. 150KB each)
  • Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination passed in pdf (max. 150KB)
  • Age Proof Certificate (e.g. Birth Certificate, Class-X Admit Card etc.) in pdf (max. 150KB)
  • Caste certificate in pdf, if applicable (max. 150KB)
  • Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) / Nativity Certificate in pdf (max. 150KB)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate in AAU format (please check the information bulletin) as pdf (max. 150KB)
  • Gap Certificate (from the competent authority) in pdf, if applicable (max. 150KB) - please check the information bulletin
  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate in pdf, if applicable (max. 150KB)
  • Migration/Transfer certificate in pdf, if applicable (max. 150KB) (If the applicants do not have this document in hand, they must submit it at the time of admission/reporting at the college in the event of admission. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their admission status.
  • International/NRI candidates need to upload their Passport along with all the blank pages in pdf (max. 3MB)
  • Valid Visa and Passport of the financial sponsor of NRI sponsored candidate in pdf, if applicable (max. 150KB)
  • International candidates need to upload their Financial Resource Documents in pdf (max. 150KB).
  • Sponsorship letter from the Registrar of AAU for the in-service candidate, if applicable (max. 150KB)
  • Relevant certificate from the appropriate authority in pdf against the quota provisioned in relevant Para 7.1 of the Information Bulletin.
  • NRI-status Certificate of the financial sponsor issued by the Embassy of the respective country under their seal for NRI/NRI sponsored candidate in pdf, if applicable (max. 150KB)
  • Valid NRI Bank Account passbook/ Account Statement of the financial sponsor for NRI/NRI sponsored candidate in pdf, if applicable (max. 150KB)
  • Undertaking by the sponsor of the NRI-sponsored candidate in the form of an Affidavit in pdf (max. 150KB)

Candidates must keep the above-mentioned documents handy for the counselling process. Without document verification, admission process cannot be completed.
