The course imparts in-depth knowledge of psychological diagnostics and advanced techniques of data collection and data evaluation. In the field of clinical psychology and neuropsychology, students deepen their knowledge of mental disorders and disorders after described brain damage as well as diagnostics, therapy, and rehabilitation for these disorders. Furthermore, forensic aspects of clinical psychology and neuropsychology are dealt with. The second thematic focus focuses on current topics and works in experimental cognitive psychology in the areas of attention, memory, emotion, cognitive control and social cognition.
