Academic Qualification

  • Degree Requirement: A recognized undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum Grade: There is no specific GPA required, but the previous year's overall grade must be at least 2.7 in the German grading system or its equivalent
  • Subject-Specific ECTS Credits:
    • At least 20 ECTS in Information Systems.
    • At least 30 ECTS in Business Administration and/or Economics.
    • At least 30 ECTS in Statistics and/or Mathematics and/or Informatics
  • Incomplete Bachelor's Degree: If your bachelor's degree is in progress, you must have completed at least 80% of the required credits, with pending exams finished by September 30.

NOTE: Only modules with mathematical and/or statistical methodological skills are accepted; pure software application skills are not considered.

English Language Requirement

  • TOEFL iBT: Minimum score 72.

  • IELTS Academic: Minimum score 5.5.

  • Cambridge: B2 First (FCE), B2 Business Vantage (BEC Vantage), C1 Advanced (CAE), C2 Proficiency (CPE).

  • German Language Proficiency Test for University Admission: DSH-2 or DSH-3 is required.

  • DSH Exemption: International students who have completed preparatory courses in Germany and passed the assessment test do not require the DSH.

  • Test of German as a Foreign Language (TestDaF): At least 4 in each of the four examination parts.
