- The bachelor’s in Physics Plus from RWTH Aachen University teaches the same body of knowledge as the regular physics course of studies and leads to the same degree but allows for a more comprehensive introductory phase due to the longer study time.Explore: Study in Germany Colleges
- Those first-year students with doubts about their prior school knowledge being satisfactory are thus allowed to catch up and improve their foundational expertise during the first year of study. This concerns especially basic calculation methods and mathematical modeling, i.e., describing a quantitative problem through a mathematical approach. Besides, basic knowledge of information technology, especially in programming, is built from the beginning of the course.
- Students of the extended course of study also receive further support during the higher semesters, such as tutorials in theoretical physics. Any free time can be used to acquire important transferable skills in general education subjects, adding another dimension to the complex specialized studies in Physics

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- General higher education entrance qualification , subject-specific university entrance qualification, or an equally recognized university entrance qualification
- All international applicants who are not legally equivalent to German citizens, such as non-EU students, must submit a TestAS certificate when applying for an undergraduate course of study
- Proof of German language skills at C1 level when enrolling.
- An extremely important requirement for a successful application is that all documents are completed and submitted on time
