- Mechatronics engineers develop, design, produce, maintain, and run mechatronic systems and their components.
- The emphasis is on solid basics in digital and analog electronics, information technology, micro-computer technology, and automation technology, the fundamentals of both mechanical engineering and mechanical construction and the planning and design of printed boards and hybrid-integrated film circuits are also integral to the program of study.
- In addition to extensive methodological knowledge, there is emphasis on soft skills such as communication skills, developing team spirit, and creativity, enabling students to participate fully and competently in future project work in the industry.
