Colleges Where I Was Accepted
Reason for choosing my college
- I chose my current college over others because it offered the best combination of academic excellence, campus life, and career opportunities. The faculty's strong reputation and industry-aligned curriculum ensured a high-quality education, while the college’s vibrant student life provided ample opportunities for extracurricular involvement and personal growth. Additionally, the college has excellent networking opportunities, with strong industry connections, internships, and career support services that enhance job prospects. The inclusive and supportive campus environment also played a key role in my decision, as it fosters collaboration and a sense of community. Overall, my college stood out as the best fit for my academic, professional, and personal aspirations.
Colleges Where I Was Rejected
Reason for Rejection
- My 12th marks are not so good and I am also not eligible for their admission criteria; they asked for 80 in 12 but I only scored 60 so I am not eligible for admission. And also, my 10th percent is not so good.

Tips to enhance your application
- I got admission through a consultant; they take my school marksheet and some documents related to my academic years, also my Aadhar card or some national documents of the country. You have to sign the contract of your university after your admission to process your application.
Admission Experience
- I chose IU International University of Applied Sciences, Berlin, because it offers a high-quality, industry-focused education in a globally recognised academic environment.
- Germany is known for its excellent education system, affordability compared to other study-abroad destinations, and strong job market, making it an ideal choice for international students.
Class Schedule
- In our college, there are 5,6 classes a week. 1 day there are 2 classes, one is in the evening and the other is in the morning, like 2, 3 days you have to go to college. This is so well scheduled and also liked by many students.
- Students can give more time in part-time jobs and earn more; that's why I prefer this college to other students.
Faculty
- They are so well educated and also good listeners; they always clear doubts of students in a friendly way. Students like there modern teaching methods. Also the modern classrooms and a comfortable schedule of classes. There are 2 batches, one for morning and one for evening so students can join any batch.
Campus Life
- My college has 2 campuses, one in Berlin and one in Bad Hof. Both are good but I prefer Berlin because you can explore more in Berlin. Also, Berlin is the capital of Germany so you have more options than Bad Hof. But on both campuses, no fest clubs are there. This is the only disadvantage. But you can explore the country.
Part Time Jobs
- Part-time jobs are available for students. U can go with driving, working in warehouses, hotels, bars, and postal service there are many jobs but the only difficulty is language barrier. I have to learn German to open more options in part time job. You can earn up to 18 euros per hour but the minimum wages are between 13 and 15.
- You can find part-time jobs like driving, working in a warehouse, or in a restaurant. Minimum wages are like 13 to 15 and max 18 but I prefer you to go with the driving option if you are comfortable with driving in other jobs. You have to do more hard work. And I prefer you to learn German so you can have more options.
Placement
- I don't know much related to full-time jobs because I am in my first year of college but there are no placements from college; you have to find jobs on your own. U have to apply through LinkedIn or you can directly apply to companies and give an interview. Colleges can only prefer your CV to some companies but you have to do most of the work.
