Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in using your registered email and password at the SUAT portal.
2. Fill in personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, category, nationality, parents’ details, and correspondence address.
3. Fill in academic details: Class 10 board, year of passing, percentage, Class 12 board, stream, and marks (or expected marks if appearing).
4. Select your programme and specialisation (e.g. B.Tech Computer Science, BBA, MBA) — confirm the selection carefully before generating the System ID.
5. Upload your photograph, signature, Class 10 marksheet, Class 12 marksheet, and a valid photo ID in the specified format.

Note: If your payment fails, do not pay again immediately — wait 48 to 72 hours for the amount to be auto-refunded before retrying. Paying twice creates a duplicate application that may be rejected.

SUAT Application Form Correction 2026

Sharda University allows you to edit certain fields of your SUAT 2026 application form until the application window closes. There is no separate post-deadline correction window for SUAT — make changes before the fourth-week-of-June close date.

Fields you can edit before submission:

To edit your form, log in to suat.sharda.ac.in, click on My Application, choose Edit Form, update the editable section, and click Save. Download a fresh confirmation page after every change.

Note: Once the application window closes, no changes are accepted under any circumstances — verify your name, date of birth, programme, photograph, and uploaded documents before the deadline.
