REVA EET 2026 Eligibility Criteria (Before You Apply)

Verify your eligibility before you start the application. Applications from ineligible students are rejected and the fee is not refunded — check every criterion before paying.

Important: If your Class 12 final result falls below the required minimum — 45% for General/OBC or 40% for SC/ST — your admission will be cancelled even if you have cleared REVA EET. Verify subject combinations and marks before submitting your application.

How to Fill REVA EET Application Form 2026

The REVA EET 2026 application is completed in two phases. Phase 1 creates your account on the university portal. Phase 2 has you fill the complete form, upload documents, and pay the fee.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit the official admissions portal at https://admission.reva.edu.in/s/ and click "Apply Now" or "New Registration".
2. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as they appear on your Class 10 certificate.
3. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent via SMS. Keep your phone nearby during this step.
4. Set a strong password combining letters, numbers, and a special character. Note your Application Number immediately after it is generated.
5. Save your login credentials (Application Number + Password) in a secure location. You will need them for all future logins, admit card download, and counselling.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in using your Application Number and Password at https://admission.reva.edu.in/s/.
2. Fill in personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, category (General / SC / ST / OBC), and nationality.
3. Fill in academic details: Class 10 and Class 12 board name, year of passing, roll number, subjects studied, and aggregate marks percentage.
4. Select your preferred B.Tech specialisation (e.g., Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication).
5. Choose your exam mode and test centre. Online (CBT) mode is available across 15+ cities. Offline (pen-and-paper) mode is available at Anantapur, Bengaluru, and Vijayawada only.
6. Upload your passport-size photograph and signature in JPG or PNG format, each under 2 MB. Ensure both meet the size and background specifications.
7. Review every field carefully before proceeding. Check your name spelling, date of birth, category, and uploaded photograph before clicking the payment button.
8. Pay the application fee of ₹1,000 (Indian / SAARC) via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI through the university’s payment gateway.
9. Download and save your confirmation page as a PDF immediately after successful payment. Print a copy and keep it safe.

Note: Submit only one application form. Multiple applications submitted by the same student using different details will be rejected and the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Documents Required for REVA EET Application Form 2026

Keep all documents ready as clear scanned files or photos before you begin the form. Uploading blurry, cropped, or incorrectly formatted documents delays your application and may result in rejection.

Note: Upload a recent passport-size photograph taken after January 2026 with a white or light background and at least 80% of your face clearly visible. Do not upload edited, filtered, or studio-retouched photographs — these are rejected during document scrutiny and your application may be invalidated.

REVA EET Application Fee 2026

The REVA EET 2026 application fee is ₹1,000 for Indian and SAARC applicants. There is no category-based fee concession for SC/ST/OBC students — the fee is flat for all domestic applicants. NRI and foreign national applicants pay a higher fee as given below.

Payment is accepted via: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI (online). Offline payment via Cash or Demand Draft in favour of "REVA University", payable at Bengaluru, is also accepted — contact the admissions office at +91-80-46966966 for offline payment instructions before the deadline.

Caution: The application fee is non-refundable — even if you withdraw your application, your form is rejected, or you do not appear for the exam.

Note: If your online payment fails, do not retry immediately. Wait 48–72 hours for the auto-refund to be credited to your account before making a fresh payment attempt. A duplicate payment cannot be processed as a refund — contact admissions@reva.edu.in if the refund does not appear within 72 hours.

REVA EET Application Form Correction 2026

REVA University’s online admissions portal allows you to edit your applicant profile and correct errors before you complete final payment and submission. Unlike NTA exams, REVA EET does not operate a dedicated post-submission correction window — all changes must be made before you pay the fee and lock your application.

What Cannot Be Changed After Fee Payment

• Application Number (auto-generated by the system; cannot be altered)
• Exam applied for (REVA EET is specific to B.Tech programmes)

How to Make Corrections Before Submission

1. Log in to the admissions portal at https://admission.reva.edu.in/s/ using your Application Number and Password.
2. Navigate to your application form and click "Edit" or use the "Reset Profile" option if available on the dashboard.
3. Make the required corrections. Re-upload corrected documents (photograph, signature, certificates) if the error was in a file upload.
4. Review every field one final time before clicking "Submit" and proceeding to payment.
5. Download and save the updated confirmation page as a PDF immediately after payment.

Check all details before completing payment — once you pay and submit your form, corrections cannot be raised through the portal under any circumstances.
