The MP NEET PG 2025 Mop-Up Round counselling schedule has been released. The registration link for the Mop-Up round counselling will remain active till January 5, 2026. The revised merit list will be released on January 7, followed by choice filling and locking from January 8 to 11, 2026. Mop-Up round allotment result will be released on January 13, and reporting at the allotted college in person for document verification and admission will start from 14 January to 17 January 2026.
To be eligible for MP NEET PG Counselling, students must have completed MBBS from any recognised college. Moreover, students must have completed mandatory internship before 31 March 2025 to be eligible for MP NEET PG Counselling 2025. Students can apply for MP NEET PG Counselling by registering on the official website and paying a non-refundable application fee of INR 500. Students must fill in and lock their choices to be eligible for MP NEET PG seat allocation. Once the MP NEET PG seat allotment is released, students can log on to the official website of DME MP to download the MP NEET PG allotment result 2025. Candidates allotted seats must report to the allotted institute and complete further admission formalities.

MP NEET PG Counselling: Important Dates
The Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh, has announced the MP NEET PG 2025 Round 2 registration dates. As per the official notice, counselling registration will be open from December 15 to 17, 2025. Fresh willing candidates can fill out the counselling form before December 17. Candidates are advised not to wait until the last date and to submit the form at the earliest.

MP NEET PG Counselling: Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must be domiciled in Madhya Pradesh State.
- Students must have qualified for NEET PG 2025.

MP NEET PG Counselling: Choice Filling
After the release of the MP NEET PG merit list 2025, students can proceed to fill in their choices. Students can fill in their choices by visiting the official website of DME MP. Students can follow the steps below to participate in MP NEET PG choice filling and locking.
- Visit the official website of MP NEET PG Counselling 2025.
- On the candidate login page, click on Choice Filling.
- Students can fill in their choices for Government or Government and Private.
- After that, pay the fee as per the selection made by the candidate.
- After payment, students will be redirected to the choice filling home page.
- Click on “Choice Filling” and fill in the choices.
- After that, students must lock in their choices by paying the portal fee of INR 100.
- Now, take a printout of the choices filled and locked by the candidate.
MP NEET PG Counselling: Seat Allotment and Reporting
DME MP will prepare the MP NEET PG seat allotment 2025 list after the completion of MP NEET PG choice filling and locking. Seats will be allotted to MP NEET PG candidates based on the availability of seats, choices filled by the candidates and scores obtained by students in NEET PG 2025. Students can download the MP NEET PG allotment list by visiting the official website of MP NEET PG 2025. Students who will be allotted seats must report to the allotted colleges within the prescribed time. Candidates must carry all the required documents to the allotted colleges.
