1. Build a Subject-wise Study Plan from Day One

Clinical subjects — Medicine, Surgery, OBG, Paediatrics, Radiology — carry 40–50% of the paper. Give them priority. But do not skip pre-clinical and para-clinical subjects; they cover the remaining 50–60%. A weekly target-based plan with daily revision works better than reading one subject cover to cover before moving to the next.

You have 45 minutes for 50 questions — about 54 seconds per question. In your first pass, spend no more than 60 seconds per question.
