HPU MAT 2025 Results is scheduled to be released anytime soon in June 2025. The result will be declared on the official website of HPU i.e. hpuniv.ac.in. Candidates are required to enter their Registration Number and Date of Birth to download the scorecard of HPU MAT 2025. The result and cutoff will be out for subsidized and non-subsidized categories.

- HPU shortlists candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the exam.
- Shortlisted candidates are called for the next phase of selection i.e. Group Discussion and Personal Interview Round.
- Aggregate Score as per weightage given to 10+2, Graduation, HPU MAT, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview will be used as a final score for Merit.
- Candidates whose name is on the merit list will be eligible for Counselling.

HPU MAT 2025 Merit List
The admission is based on the merit in a competitive examination, which comprises of Application Rating (Marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation), Management Aptitude Test - HPU MAT 2025, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. HPU MAT will be of objective type paper consisting of MCQs.
Candidates for Non-subsidized seats have to compete among themselves, so is the case with the candidates in subsidized seats.
Separate merit list will be prepared for subsidized categories and non-subsidized categories. The weightage assigned in computing merit is as follows:

HPU MAT Cut off
Seats allocation scheme of HPU is bit typical in respect to the various reserved categories. There is a total of 120 seats offered by HPU for the MBA Programme under HPU MAT exam. 60 Seats out of 120 are categorised as Subsidised Category and the remaining 60 Seats are under Non-subsidised Category. The cutoff is also category wise and process of Group Discussion and Personal Interview is also divided as per the above-mentioned category. Each category is further divided into various subcategories accordingly to reservation scheme.

HPU MAT 2025 Counselling
Candidates who are shortlisted as per the cutoff will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview Round. Group Discussion and Personal Interview Rounds have 10 marks weightage each. Final Merit for admission involves marks secured in 10th, 12th, Graduation, HPU MAT, Group Discussion and Personal Interview Round accordingly specifically allocated weightage.
Merit List is displayed on official website i.e.www.hpuniv.ac.in. Candidate whose name is in merit list must report for counselling to HPU at the date and time prescribed by the university.
Counselling is the final round for admission. Candidates will have to present his / her following document:
- Original Academic documents,
- Proof of Category,
- HPU MAT Scorecard,
- HPU MAT Admit Card,
- 5 Self Photographs
- Photocopy Set of all documents
After Counselling, seat will have to be reserved by depositing the admission fee and other charges within stipulated time.
