How to Fill Bihar ITICAT 2025 Application Form?

Bihar ITICAT 2025 Application Form can only be submitted through online mode. There is no offline mode available for application submission. Candidate is required to send hard copies of Application Form, specified enclosures and admission fee payment challan to conducting body. Following are the steps for online submission of Bihar ITICAT 2025 Application Form: -

Step: -1 Online Registration

• Go to the official website of BCECEB - http://bceceboard.com/Home.php
• Click on ‘ITICAT’ under ‘Examination’ tab on left hand side pane.
• Click on ‘Apply for ITICAT-2025-’ tab.
• Candidate will be directed to a webpage for registration, where he/she will have to click on ‘Register here’ tab in front of New candidate.
• Candidate will have to fill required details like Name, Email ID and Mobile number, along with creating a username and password for future login purposes.
• Click on ‘Submit’ tab.
• Candidate will receive a confirmation of successful registration on their registered email ID and Mobile number.
• Candidate will also receive his/her Registration number.

Step: -2 Payment of Examination Fee               

• Candidate will now have to go to login page - https://secure.bceceboard.com/iticat/login.
• Enter Registration No. and Password (created while online registration).
• Click on ‘Sign In’ button.
• Examination fee must be paid within 3 days of last date of online registration.
• Candidate will now receive options for payment of Examination fee through either bank challan or online mode:

1. Bank Challan 

• Click on ‘Print Challan’ tab.
• Three duplicate copies of bank challan (one for bank, second for BCECEB and third for candidate), which will appear on screen, must be downloaded by candidate.
• Take print out of challan.
• Fill all three duplicate copies of challan and submit them at any branch of Canara Bank.
• Bank will return two duplicate challan copies (one for BCECEB and other for candidate) with ‘Paid challan’ stamp on them.
• Candidate will have to pay an extra amount of INR 60 for making payment through Bank Challan.

2. Online Payment 

• Click on ‘Online Payment’ link.
• Registered candidates can then make payment of applicable examination fee (along with transaction processing charge or service tax) through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking of banks listed on the website.
• Candidate will get confirmation of examination fee payment.

3. Examination Fee Amount 

• General, BC and OBC category candidates will have to pay INR 750.
• SC and ST candidates will have to pay INR 100.
• Disabled candidates will have to pay INR 430.

Step 3: - Fill Personal Information

• Subsequent successful payment of examination fee, candidate will be asked to fill personal details in application form
• Candidate must carefully and correctly fill all the required entries for personal information like Candidate Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Correspondence address, Category, Gender, Email ID, Mobile Number etc.
• Candidate will have to upload his/ her high-resolution passport size photograph (on which date and time of clicking photograph is mentioned)
• Candidate will also have to upload his/her signatures in Hindi and English languages
• After reviewing the information filled on preview page, put tick on ‘Declaration’
• Click on ‘Submit’ tab

Step 4: - Fill Educational Information

• Fill all the required details regarding Academic records
• Candidate must carefully fill all details like School name, Name of Board, Subjects, Individual marks secured in each subject, aggregate percentage, year of passing etc.
• Carefully review all details filled in form on preview page before ticking on ‘Declaration’
• Click on ‘Submit’ tab

Step 5: - Dispatch of Application Forms, Enclosures and Paid Challan

Subsequent to final submission, Completed Application Form will appear on screen in two parts – Part A and Part B. Candidate must download both parts and keep them saved. Candidate will then have to send the hard copies of following documents at specified address: -

• Printed copy of Part A and Part B of Online Application Form
• Passport size photograph that was uploaded for online application submission
• Signatures in Hindi and English languages at specified places
• Fill ‘Declaration’ section in own handwriting in Part B of application form
• Photocopies of all mark sheets and certificates to verify academic and residential criteria
• Character certificate by last school/institution attended
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Disabled certificate (if applicable)
• Servicemen’s Quota (SMQ) certificate (if applicable)
• Attach BCECEB’s copy of Paid bank challan with Application form 
• All documents must be enclosed in a yellow envelope of 17 cm x 30 cm for easy identification of application form
• Write ‘Application for ITICAT-2025’ and District where admission is sought, in bold letters on envelope 
• Candidate must send the envelope with all specified documents by registered post/speed post to:

• Candidates will be given an option to make changes in their application form after submission.
• Only those candidates will be allowed to make modifications who have successfully completed their online application process.
• Candidates can sign in with their Username/Registration No. and password.
• Candidate can then make necessary changes and click on ‘Submit’ tab.
• Option for modifications in application form, uploaded photograph and uploaded signatures will be given to candidates after four days of last date of online registration.
• Editing can be done for four days after the opening of modification window.
