The average salary for the post of a manager-administration across medical, healthcare and hospital industry is around 3 to 8.2 lacs per annum based on the experience in the field ranging between 6 to 12 years. The salary of a head or VP or GM Administrations is ranging from 4.5 lacs to 15 lacs per annum where the person earning 15 lacs has an experience of more than 15 years. The post of an Employee Relations Executive pays around 2.1 lacs per annum while an Employee Relations Manager is paid 2.2 lacs.
