I choose fashion design and it was one of the best courses offered. The faculties are so helpful, as well as talented. The exams were taken on a time basis and there was more emphasis on enriching the roots of the student.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

I got direct admission. The fee for every year is 1Lakh. I got no scholarship as there is no scope for a scholarship in fashion design. The campus offers very good recruitment and ensures everyone gets something out of it.

Campus Life

The campus was lovely and it was beautifully constructed with big buildings and spacious multipurpose hall. We had all the facilities provided at the campus for the fashion practical work. Students used to arrange art clubs in music, dance, theatre and we could play sports like cricket, football, volleyball at the campus. There were more girls than boys at the campus from different backgrounds.

Placement Experience

Since this was a certification degree but some placements were arranged at the college campus. Various fashion brands like Only, Da Milano, guess came to interview and the selection was on the basis of self merit and personal performance. The average package cost Rs.5 lakhs per annum and 80% of the students used to get placed from the college campus.

The various events were organized by our college. Not only festive related parties but also events related to our course were organized. For instance, fashion shows were organized on the city level where celebrities were also invited as guests and also as show stoppers. The college exhibition was organized where the students together work on various themes and decorate their classrooms accordingly.

The course which I choose was fashion design. The course curriculum was segregated in a well-planned. The assignments were given time-to-time, teacher guidance was there if any help needed teachers were always there to help. Great experience of studying in the institute with many extra curricular activities. The name of the faculty of leather designing was Mrs. Vinita she was a jewel for the Institute as she was having lots of experience and knowledge regarding her subject. So for this Institutes faculty could be rightly said that high paying jobs are for the deserving creative artists.

I had a lot of fun in college

The course structure very well curated and, in my case, I would say neatly edited. The syllabus was very apt and briefly covered all the different disciplines of interior designing. The course helped me evolve as a designer and made me capable of establishing my business on my own.

The campus life is good. I had a lot of fun. Day used to start with Maggi and would end with the cigg’s and tea. The college building was good. In a duration of one year, I formed a very good bond with many faculty members and non-teaching staff as well. All were very supportive.
