Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is actually really well structured It is based around the 11 DGCA modules an AME licensed engineer should have .... And the whole course is wraped around it Each module are subdivided according to each one's difficulty, length and importance The curriculum actually includes English, french and maths which is really helpful in the aviation industry The course could have been a little bit more easier as in to increase the duration of the course could be lengthened as the curriculum seems to be squeezed in 2.5 years which at times to take a toll on students and most seen to just ignore it The teaching method could be really improved as most of the teachers are ex-airforce technicians and some of them see to be following the old method of teaching which at most times could be boring Again the exams are devided according to which semester you are in which range between 3-5 exams

Campus Life

There are not a lot of cultural activities for this particular course the reason being that this course is so tightly packed you tend to have not mch time for it But the college do try it's best to include as much extracurricular activities as they can But every semester they take the students to either trivandrum airport, Kochi Airport or in Osur for practical training with live aircrafts typically for 10-25 days depending on which semester you are in Sports activities only happen annually The library is considered to be a smart library and it is well updated and equipped The facilities and technological provisions within the classrooms are really really poor there are no such smart boards or anything just a chalk board and a projector There are not much social or cultural groups in the college other than the usually ngi group , media group and the army training group
